Biography
I grew up in Florida where I met my wife, but didn't start dating her until I had moved nearly 1,700 miles away to the midwest. I also waited until I moved to the midwest to start playing golf. I figured out a little too late that I now live in the wrong state to be in love with a sport where the weather really matters all the time. I'm a wannabe scratch golfer, but am really a hack, and the harder I try and the more lessons I take, the worse I seem to get. That's golf for you, isn't it? Aside from golf, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our first born son, Colin Patrick. I'm a software developer by day, and by night for the most part, too. A buddy of mine and I came up with the concept for StandardPar.com, and I'm the one that has designed and developed this site in it's entirety. The time I spent on this site I would rather have been golfing!
